Channel crossing by car

Ferry inclusive prices in this brochure are base prices to include the cost of an off-peak return crossing for a car and passengers between Dover and Dunkerque. Other routes and timings will incur a supplement.

When more than two people travel in the car the additional passengers pay the ‘Own Travel’ price for the holiday.

We act as agents for all the cross-channel operators and can book all your travel arrangements with the minimum of fuss and at competitive rates.

Relaxing rail

We work with Rail Europe in order to book your rail journey. Travelling by rail to your destination couldn’t be simpler: using the state of the art Eurostar & TGV networks you will have an unforgettable journey through the French countryside as you travel in comfort and style to your destination, arriving relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday.

Departures available from London St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet or Ashford in Kent. Just 2 hours 15 minutes journey time to Paris.

At St Pancras you’ll find shops, bars and restaurants catering for all your needs. Ebbsfleet is just 3 miles from junction 2 on the M25 with over 2,000 parking spaces only 5 minutes walk from the station.

Upgrade to First Class seating for £125 per person, which includes a meal and complimentary drinks on Eurostar. A break in your outward or inbound rail journey of more than 24 hours will usually incur a travel supplement of £50.

For bookings made within 12 weeks of departure our rail prices cannot be guaranteed - please ask for a quotation.

As timetables change throughout the season the train times given at your time of booking may be subject to variation. Exact times of your rail journey will be confirmed at least three weeks prior to departure.

Euro-Tunnel

If a crossing by sea is not to your liking, or you wish to take less time reaching France, then Euro-tunnel may be the solution: a 35 minute journey from Folkestone to Calais/Coquelles. The service runs 24 hours a day with departures every 15 minutes at peak times.

Simple check-in procedures and drive-on carriages, where you stay with your car throughout the crossing, make this an easy and popular option.

Flights - own travel

Many of our holiday destinations are conveniently served by a wide choice of flights operated by low cost airlines. However we cannot book your flights for you and many low cost airlines only sell direct anyway.

Plan carefully:
The low cost airlines offer some fantastic prices, but it pays to plan carefully and to observe some basic principles:

  • It can be costly and complicated to get from the airport to your first hotel.
  • Generally it pays to book early for the lowest fares but ensure that your accommodation is available before booking your flight.
  • Changes and amendments can be costly.
