Between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, walk through
the oldest vineyards of the area, which produce the

Caudrot to Saint Macaire
Relaxed walking through vineyards, via châteaux and
picturesque villages. You finish in the old merchant town
of Saint-Macaire. Be sure to see the 14th century murals
in the St. Sauveur church. Perhaps take a dip in the pool

Saint Macaire to Sainte Croix du Mont
This walk takes you to the Domaine de Malagar, home
of the writer François Mauriac, then a visit to Château
Laurette, before reaching the village of Sainte Croix du
Mont, with spectacular views of the Garonne valley.
