• Day 1 Arrival in Paris
  • Discover delightful Hôtel des Grandes Ecoles, a charming, green haven in the cobbled streets of the Latin Quarter. You have a reservation at nearby classic French restaurant Le Buisson Ardent for this evening. Bed and Breakfast plus dinner. HB
• Day 2 Choice of 2CV Tour (3 hours) or Bike Tour (4 hours) of Paris
  • 2CV Tour: You are collected from your hotel in a classic 2CV and taken for a 3 hour drive across Paris, regaled along the way with tales of Parisian life and history. Discover the Paris you thought you knew and lots more!
    Bike Tour: You meet at the Eiffel Tower for your own bike tour of the essential sights of Paris, taking in parks, new discoveries, stories and history with a whole new perspective on the City of Light. Goes rain or shine. B&B
• Day 3 Choice of Chef Day or Museum Day
  • Chef Day: Meet at 9am for an open-air market tour, followed by a hands-on cooking class and a three-course lunch, finishing at 3pm. In the home of your Cuisiniere, discover a unique perspective on Parisian living.
    Museum Day: Go to the two museums in Paris (Louvre, d’Orsay, L’Orangerie, Musées Rodin, Picasso, Monet, Le Pompidou, Cluny or Notre Dame) you have most wanted to with your own museum expert. Uncover everything you ever wanted to know or see, tailored to you. B&B
• Day 4 Choice of Wine Tasting (2 hours) or Chocolatier Tour (3 hours)
  • Wine: Descend into the ancient wine cellars of the sommelier to Louis XV to learn what makes French wine unique and how to taste 6 wines.
    Chocolate: Visit 4 chocolatiers, 2 patissiers and a gourmet shop on a tour through St Germain des Près for the yummiest finds (and tastings!) in Paris. B&B

It is a pastel haven, screened from the street with a pretty cobbled front garden where you may take breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The very friendly family in whose hands this hotel has been for many years are only too willing to oblige you and will even bring you glasses if you come back with a bottle of wine.
