Outward: Depart St Pancras International station, change stations in Paris and trains in Dijon, arrive Beaune late afternoon.

Return: Depart Beaune, change trains in Dijon and stations in Paris, arrive London St Pancras International station late afternoon.

  • Day 1 Arrival Beaune
    • Arrive in Beaune and go directly to our local agent close to the rail station. Next settle in at 3-star Hôtel de la Paix or Hôtel des Remparts. Dinner is arranged at a nearby restaurant. HB
  • Day 2 Day in Beaune
    • Collection by our Guide for a short tour of the famous spots in Beaune including the famous Hôtel Dieu. Afternoon free to explore this ancient city or take a short cycle ride. This evening select your own restaurant. B&B
  • Day 3 Beaune to Puligny Montrachet - 25 miles (40km)
    • A great cycle ride along the Hautes Côtes through the villages of Saint Romain and Orches before descending to Puligny Montrachet with dinner at a prestigious vineyard accompanied by tasting a selection of wines from fifteen different varieties. You stay two nights at the charming Hôtel de la Chouette. HB
  • Day 4 Day trip from Puligny Montrachet
    • Easy riding along the canal towpath or more challenging rides into the hills provide more wine tasting opportunities or simple château visits. A gastronomic dinner at restaurant Le Montrachet. HB
  • Day 5 Puligny Montrachet to Morey St Denis - 30 miles (48km)
    • Through fields of wheat and sunflowers along the valley or the more challenging Hautes Côtes route to Morey St Denis for two nights at the Castel de Très Girard. HB
  • Day 6 Day trip around the Cotes de Nuits
    • Visit a number of wine villages including the most expensive Romanée Conti and the historic Clos de Vougeot. HB
  • Day 7 Morey St Denis to Beaune - 20 miles (32km)
    • Through the blackcurrent fields and the Château de Savigny les Beaune to return to Beaune for your final night at Hôtel de la Paix or Hôtel des Remparts. B&B
