  • This is a Charming former manor house from the 19th Century, typical of a gentleman farmer of the day with outbuidlings, land for hunting and excellent fishing in the adjacent River Doubs.
• Accommodation
  • This beautiful restored 19th century villa offers luxurious accommodation set in delightful gardens. At the rear of the property you’ll find a spacious terrace and heated swimming pool. The villa offers 6 luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a charming dining room and a well fitted kitchen which opens on to the poolside terrace making outside eating a joy.
• Comfort zone - for your pleasure at the Villa
  • A small house lcoated just next to the villa is totally dedicated to your indoor leisures and wellness. You will find on the first floor a fitness room equiped with two types of exercice bikes, rowing machine and weights. There is also a leisure corner with a table football and sofas. On the ground floor there is a sauna and a steambath with a capacity of 5 to 6 persons each. Bathroom with shower and separated wc. The washing machine and dryer of the Villa are located in the leisure house.
• A Taste of France!
  • ChefFor an unforgettable dining experience arrange your own “chef de cuisine” - he will arrive around 2pm to serve dinner at 8pm preparing all the food for a sumptuous meal. He is happy for you to watch. Or if you are interested in learning more about French cuisine, why not turn it into a cookery course? Request a quote - typically 55 Euros per person.

The villa benefits from an exceptionnal location, in the heart of Southern Burgundy and at the doorstep of the Jura. It is located in the small village of Saunières, just a few meters from the river "Doubs", where fishermen will enjoy themselves... The small road along the river Doubs taking you to the Villa is a very "tranquil road", used by locals. There is no better place for those looking for a peacefull holiday with only birds songs as background music.
