Wine Trails - Discover where all those fine labels really are, see the terrain that forms them and explore the caves working all year to produce the wines that France is famous for. Charm of Champagne, Burgundy Wine Trail (can be combined) and Loire Valley Wine Trail.
French coastal islands – Charente Maritime is the location of 3 distinct islands, all close to the coast. Driving is the best way to explore them and the unique characteristics of each. This is a seaside holiday with a real difference! Oyster and Pearl Islands.

Oyster & Pearl Islands
Fresh sea breezes, sandy beaches and succulent seafood
Visit Ile d'Aix, no cars here so explore on foot, hire a bike or take the horse-drawn “calèche” and discover the cultivation of Mother of Pearl. At Marennes learn all you need to know about delicious oysters. Un Rochefort seek out the naval history and marvel at the old transporter bridge.
