A Belle France holiday usually follows a planned itinerary, where you'll walk or cycle from hotel to hotel using our detailed notes and maps to find your way each day. But we understand that sometimes you may fancy staying for a couple of extra nights at one of the hotels to extend your holiday, or make a detour off to a town you've always wanted to explore.
We're more than happy to adapt our itineraries to suit your needs. Indeed, it was thanks to several customers requesting to "upgrade" their hotels for a special occassion that we decided to introduce our range of Prestige holidays. Below are some suggestions as to how we can adapt our holidays specially for you.
Extra Nights
If you've travelled down to the South of France, for example, then you may wish to spend longer than a week soaking up the Provençal sunshine and exploring sleepy villages. So why not add a couple of nights at the hotel at the start or end of your holiday to recharge your batteries after your journey; you can simply unwind by the hotel pool for a couple of days before the adventure begins!
Adapting our Circuits
We have carefully put together each holiday to ensure you experience some friendly & individual hotels, stopping off at famous and lesser-known landmarks as you explore the countryside at a leisurely pace. But sometimes you may be within striking distance of a town or place of interest that you've always had a desire to visit. We're more than happy to source a well-placed hotel that will enable you to make that trip. Sadly we're unable to re-write our cycling or walking notes to incorporate any detours, but our detailed maps will allow you to find your way easily.
Short Breaks
There are sometimes occasions when you really don't want to expend much energy at all! Maybe you fancy the idea of a short break in France at some stage in the year, be it exploring the Parisian boulevards, indulging in a couple of nights at one of our Prestige hotels, or getting away from it all in a peaceful auberge. Just give us a call and we organise the whole thing for you, booking the hotel, reserving a table in the restaurant and organising your travel arrangments.
